Classes

I registered for my first semester of online classes yesterday. I have been putting it off because it appears that I am the only person in the history of Ball State to receive scholarships and take internet classes. I highly doubt this but when trying to get information about the topic from different offices on campus it usually takes lots of phone calls and transfers before getting a sensible answer from someone. I am now signed up for 4 classes, which include Adult Psychology, Astronomy 100, Family Relations and finally Music History 100! Exciting classes by the sounds of the titles! The only one that was actually required for my degree was the Psychology and it was the only one that was available so I get to learn about "older" adults--that is all it has been about so far. The others are just fillers that sounded interesting or went with a possible minor, or other classes I have taken. I also bought all the books for my classes and they were the cheapest ones I have ever had the school was selling each of them for over $100, but I found them on half.com (part of ebay) and Better World Books for under $70! (also better world books has a promo code right now for 15% off 4 or more used books) One of them is also in the Ball State library so I am going to check it out for free, instead of buying it. Now I really have an excuse to still here on my computer all day, granted there aren't any classes called Blogging 101 or Facebook Stalking 350. If only...

Also thinking of libraries check out this amazing commercial for BYU's library...
